Wealth Stewards is seeking an individual to fill an administrative position: Business Operations Specialist. The successful candidate must be

  • Embrace a small business culture by wearing multiple hats.

Duties will include preparing client account and other documentation, then processing and monitoring each document for completion; responding to a variety of client requests; assisting and providing administrative support to Management, Portfolio Managers and Advisors; scanning and maintaining electronic files; scheduling and assisting with meeting preparations; processing monthly client billing, and any other tasks/projects assigned either on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Candidates must have at least one year investment industry experience working in an IIROC or portfolio management firm with specific knowledge of account opening, transfers, tracking client requests, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and trouble-shooting client issues; experience in research and entering mutual fund and stock trades are assets.
